BTS"s Jung Kook continues to shine as the first and longest-running Asian solo artist on two major global Billboard charts.
According to the latest charts (dated August 26) released by Billboard on August 22 (local time), Jungkook"s solo single "Seven" once again took the top spot on both the Global 200 and Global (excluding the U.S.) for the second week in a row.
With "Seven," Jungkook has been at the top of both charts for five consecutive weeks, which aggregate streams and sales from more than 200 countries and territories around the world.
Jungkook"s five consecutive weeks at #1 on both the Global 200 and Global (excluding U.S.) charts - the first and longest such streak by an Asian solo artist in history - further cemented his status as Billboard"s "Record Maker.
